OUR STORY

Gourmet Glace was created out of a necessity to create dairy free low calorie sweets and sometimes sour snacks. One of my grandsons loves ice cream but has a problem with dairy. After a little research I found out that not many ice creams are free of dairy. I thought it would be a good idea to come up with a special little ice pops just for him. Well needless to say I came up with so many ideas and they were so delicious that I decided to open a business.

The name says it all Gourmet Glace

Gourmet: finest quality food

Glace: is French for ice or ice cream. /glas/

Meet the Team:

Billie: I have a very full and rewarding life. First and foremost I am a mother of 5 beautiful grown children 4 boys and 1 girl. I also have 5 grandchildren, 3 boys and 2 girls. They keep me busy and young at heart. I love digital photography, cooking, digital scrapbooking, and gardening. Let's face it there is never enough time for everything I love.
